About Us
The robots are built by Chengdu CRP Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (卡诺普). The manufacturer abbreviates its name as CROBOTP — the name on the robot arm. CRP designs and manufactures its own control systems, servo drives and sensors.
CRP is a certified National High-Tech Enterprise, a national «little giant» specialised firm and a Sichuan «gazelle» company. It has led or taken part in drafting five national standards for industrial robots, develops its electrical hardware, software and mechanical design in house, and holds more than 400 valid intellectual property rights through its own Sichuan Enterprise Technology Centre. Its robots are exported to more than 40 countries and work in furniture manufacturing, oil and gas, electronics, machine building and food processing.

- 2012
CRP is founded in Chengdu and enters robotics with its own robot controllers.
- 2017
Certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise; launches the EtherCAT bus control system S100.
- 2018
Launches integrated motor-drive units and smart sensors, and moves into R&D and volume production of complete robots.
- 2019
First welding robot, CRP-RH14-10-W. Controllers reach nearly half the Chinese market for industrial robot control systems.
- 2020
First Global Strategic Partners Conference; more than 1,000 robots sold in the year.
- 2021
Leads the drafting of three national standards. Fifth worldwide and first among Chinese brands in shipments of six-axis robots up to 20 kg.
- 2022
Launches the RA series and is designated a national «little giant» enterprise.
- 2023
Opens south-west China's first robot R&D and production base, over 35,000 m²; more than 20 new models including the RA and RP series.
- 2024
Opens the Modern Welding Technology College with the China Welding Association; launches a hollow-arm heavy-payload robot and an all-in-one welding robot; named among Sichuan's top 100 companies by patents held.
- 2025
Opens CRP Robot Malaysia; the factory reports an MTBF of more than 100,000 hours for its products; the range passes 60 models from 3 to 360 kg.
